RootedHomes Construction
Reflecting our commitment to breaking down barriers to generational wealth, in 2024, RootedHomes closed 7 homes in the Poplar community, 79% to first-generation homebuyers; we began the Simpson development and selected homebuyers for all 40 homes, 58% of homebuyers being first-generation. We continue our work to support equitable access by expanding Spanish-language outreach through partnerships with The Latino Community Association and working to establish funding to hire a Homeownership Coordinator in 2025 to continue this vital work across Central Oregon.
