RootedHomes is excited to celebrate the completion of Rooted at 19th, a new permanently affordable homeownership community in Redmond designed to support the people who help make Central Oregon thrive.

This milestone represents years of collaboration, planning, and community investment to create homeownership opportunities that remain affordable for generations to come through the Community Land Trust model. We invite community members, partners, supporters, elected officials, and neighbors to join us as we celebrate this important moment together.

Rooted at 19th reflects what is possible when communities come together around the belief that teachers, healthcare workers, service industry professionals, tradespeople, nonprofit staff, and local families deserve the opportunity to live in the communities they serve.
