RootedHomes opens new affordable housing community in Redmond: Rooted at Antler
A new housing community has opened in Redmond, making the dream of home ownership more affordable.
Rooted at Antler, a RootedHomes housing community, has 18 homes designed to be permanently affordable. The houses are located at 1699 W. Antler, a couple of blocks from the Dry Canyon dog park.
Seven of those homes are available for middle income earners who are earning up to 120% of the median area income. The rest are for workers making up to 80% of the median area income.
According to the City of Bend, 80% of AMI for a family of four in the Bend-Redmond area is $96,160. 120% AMI for that same family is $144,240.
